Suikoden Tierkries last week. Between ST and work, I didnt get as much accomplished as previously planned. I'll try to correct that next week, even if I'm playing Dragon Quest 4 >?<
Suikoden Tierkries Rundown:
For those hoping for a sequel or prequel, Tierkries is neither. ST takes place in its own parallel universe, lacking the runes that we all love and enjoy. Which brings me to the first con, this one does not like the mark of the stars magic system. A bit annoying, switching spells in and out that lack the uniqueness and variety of da runes. The weapon system could have used some variety as well. Unlike previous games, you can give characters different weapons. A nice addition, even if some weapons are limited to a handfull of characters. Also amoung the new additions are an arena for lvling up, a job posting system, and wifi. Still havent played with that option yet. I could go on, but lets face it. Tierkries is all filler, and thats not all a bad thing for Suikoden fans waiting for the next chapter in the series.
