Recent downloads should be working now. In rapidshares latest drama they reset settings to private. Which can be adjusted by right clicking the root folder in manager, preferences and clicking the second box. Considering the boxes have no labels it took me a couple mins of web searching for answers. Also you need to create a folder in root to store your files, if you haven't.
